Neeraj Mittal, the top bureaucrat at the Telecom Department, further said the government is “looking to improve” the Production-Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme and sought the views and inputs from Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) for the new, better scheme.
